Can I use the design on other garments or brands?
If the customer wants to replicate the design on other garments or with third parties, they must request prior written authorization.
This lets us protect brand consistency, production quality and the intellectual property of the graphic development.
Are there minimums?
We don't require a mandatory minimum quantity for most of our custom products.
However, the unit price varies with order volume.
For custom caps, the minimum quantity is 25 units.

Do you offer mixed size packs?
Yes.
We can make orders with a mix of sizes within the same design, adapting to each team's needs.
We recommend sending us the list of sizes and quantities per athlete beforehand to ensure organized, accurate production.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept files in AI (Adobe Illustrator) and vector PDF, as they guarantee the best production quality.
We also accept high-resolution PNG, although it may require additional technical adjustments depending on the design.
We always recommend sending your logo in vector format to ensure accurate colors, proportions and final finish.
How is the artwork approved?
Once the design proposal is sent, the customer must review it and confirm approval in writing by email.
Production only starts after we receive formal artwork approval and the corresponding deposit, ensuring every detail is validated before manufacturing.
